Mr. Hugin chairs the New Jersey Republican State Committee, is a founding board member of the Garden State Initiative, a nonpartisan economic focused think tank, and a charter trustee of Princeton University. He is also a longstanding member of the Board of Trustees of Family Promise, a national non-profit network assisting homeless families.
